NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS:

Due to several fraud attempts made recently, PBH would like to notify clients that when making payments online through PayPal (the only payment method for online purchases), PBH does not have access to any card information or personal information of the client.

When an order is placed online, notification is sent to PBH via email immediately. If a card is declined, PBH is not notified because a sale has not been made and therefore PBH has not received any funds.

If a client contacts PBH regarding an order being placed and items not being shipped, PBH will look into the issue immediately. If it is found that this client is attempting to commit fraud or has committed fraud, PBH will post that client’s information (name, email, shipping address, etc.) on a public blacklist and will not be able to make a purchase from PBH indefinitely.

PBH offers solutions to fit any budget and therefore does not take fraud lightly.

In order to protect both PBH and its clients, PBH reserves the right to turn away services and immediately refund any purchases that are considered “high risk” at any time without warning and without explanation.

All PayPal payments will show up as “PBHAIRCO” or “PRETTYBOUNCEHAIRCO” on your card statement.
