If you are not completely satisfied with the hair extensions offered by Pretty Bounce Hair Co, you can return it for a full refund with a refund fee of $30. Returns will only be accepted within three (3) business days after the hair has been received. The hair must not be tampered in any way. This includes, but not limited to hair being out of its original packaging, brushing or combing the hair, bleaching the hair, dying the hair, cutting the hair, cutting the weft of the hair, punctured wefts, crimping, straightening, curling, washing, conditioning the hair, etc. The hair must be in its original state with the tags still attached and with the hair still in its original packaging in order to receive a refund. Please complete the Exchange/ Refund form and accompany it with the return. Returns sent without the form will not be processed.
You can exchange your hair within one week (7 consecutive days) after the hair has been received. The hair must not be tampered in any way. Pretty Bounce Hair Co will not issue any refunds or exchanges on any hair that has been altered. This includes, but not limited to hair being out of its original packaging, brushing or combing the hair, bleaching the hair, dying the hair, cutting the hair, cutting the weft of the hair, punctured wefts, issues caused by not sealing the wefts, crimping the hair, straightening the hair, curling the hair, washing the hair, conditioning the hair, issues caused because the hair was not installed by an experienced hair stylist, issues caused by using the wrong hair care products, issues caused by not initially washing the hair, etc.
It is the client’s responsibility to properly care for their hair extensions. PBH stands firmly by its products and has gone under extensive research to ensure the quality of products.
